Broadband

An article on teletext this morning said Burnley Council were concerned that so few local firms were using broadband. So they propose to let them use broadband at half price to encourage firms and the service sector.
Where is the money coming from to pay for the other half of the broadband, not from our community charges I trust.

The quote was from one of the councillors called Andrew Tatchell, try him the Town Hall will give you his phone number :D :D

Might as well get something for my council tax 'cos I don't see much else.
