It must be a bug somewhere,but mine is fine........it is hosted itself but when i tried sweetpea's i couldn't get that to animate either way.
I dont think Neal is on the net as he was moving.

I have changed my avi: as Christmas is over but this one doesnt move iether it should do this

I know. It was supposed to be fixed, but obviously, it is not. My cat should move but doesn't.

Have you checked the file size :

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
make them 99x99 i have just looked at those not working and they are all at the top limit of 100x100 just try reducing the pic size a little bit

Poppy yours wont animate as you have saved it wrong there is only 1 image and it needs a few images to animate
and you must save it as a GIF file not a jpeg file

All the ones I have tried have been GIF's, but very few work. I'm sure if the file size is too big, it tells you.
