Public transport

I have to have a moan about this as the behaviour of the majority of school children on buses is so unacceptable and getting more so !I feel so sorry for the drivers and for some passengers who have to walk to college in the mornings as they are full of schoolchildren! bring back clippie,s or school buses. I do know what i am talking about as i use the public transport myselfand am referring to the Colne - Nelson area!

If we had a schools bus service like other countries do then at least the public would be protected :-)

personally, i hate getting the bus with loads of school kids. worst offenders imo are townley students, reckon they own the bus. me n my mate were sat at the back, n they came n told uss to **** of. we told em were to go, n they sat infront, but as we were getting off, the l;oudest mouth decided to push me in the back, and i was left with no other option but to slug him 1, and i knocked him flyin in front of his mates, who thought it was funny when he pushed me. i just hate people like that!

I think clippys are a good idea on the school bus runs...........or even a school teacher..........
and a school bus would be even better a big yellow one so they wont miss it and dont let the scool kids on any other buses............

Did anyone see the Police at Burnley bus station on Tuesday afternoon? They must have taken over 40 kids off buses for misbehaving, there was loads of them! God knows what they had been up to.

I believe the Police had plain clothes officers travelling on the buses watching what was going on.

My OH drives buses and coaches and sometimes does school runs for some of the more outlying areas. A couple of times he has stopped the bus and refused to move because of the behaviour of the kids. I've been on buses from where we live when they are full of kids from the school up the road and the noise they make is appalling.

as your uncle, and being a respected peer in society, i find this behaviour most reprehensible, to wit, i feel that i must burden myself with, and forthwithly, burden your father, with this terrible, and may i say, cataclismic news......is it the parents fault, maybe his upbringing, perhaps, and i say this most reprehensibly, society in general :yell:
