They have taken music to a next level in my opinion.

There is just something totally different about them,and their cover of Comfortably Numb by my favourite artist Pink Floyd was wacky,but great.

am still going for Depeche Mode and "101"
Mode at their excellent best - dark, moody, sultry, sleazy and hypnotic!

No offence here, and Jay, I know you had only 15 to pick (really hard) but how could the Scissor Sisters (sorry Crossy and Sweetpea) be on, and yet not U2's Joshua Tree!?!

Just goes to show how diverse music is

Of the albums above - I went for Oasis - for simply giving music the much needed enoama(??) it desrved. Any body who likes Oasis YOU HAVE TO buy the singles from this album - they are as good as, and sometimes better, than the actual singles: "Half the World AwaY" a perfect example
Was a close run thing with Price's Purple Rain though.

Well, I've Hmmmed and Ahhhed about this for a while but I've concluded that I can't make me mind up which is really my fave album. It's a different choice every other week. Hell's teeth, I can't even compile an all-time favourite singles compilation!

So, if I have to take just one of the listed albums with me to a desert island, it would have to be Meatloaf's Bat out of Hell.

(I have 7 of the listed albums though)
