ive not had the chance to see this yet but i cant wait,one of my all times favourite films as a kid.Johnny depp is my favourite actor aswel so great combination i think.
has anyone seen it yet?

no,,,,but i never think remakes are as good as the origonals...
blue lagoon ..railway children..the old ones are best...imo

i think it will be just as good as its more like the book then the original film and johnny plays the wonka character more like wonka should of been played,dark and mysterious

im a bit worried bout seeing it...its one of my all time favourites too and although i know that the new version is sposed to be more inkeeping with the story im worried bout the oompah loompahs not singing their dippity doo songs!! Sacred me thinks!!

I have read that it is a bit scarier than the original!!....not for young children i feel.

Don't fancy this film myself, but Johnny Depp is a great actor. Loved him in Pirates.

i cant wait til i get to see it hes my fav actor and this was one of my fav films and books as a kid along side narnia chronicles

I saw it last week and it's very good,better than the original.We took our neices and they loved it.I would definately recommend it.Johnny Depp doesn't dissapoint and the child actors are very good.Although it's darker than the original film there is a lot of humour in it.

yes the darker side of it is more like the book and the real willy wonka i cant wait lol
