I go down Burnley quite a lot and havent seen any trouble, I also go to manchester every so often its ok but for the pubs being so spaced apart. I always used to go down blackburn but that went downhill a few years back, so I dont bother anymore. I suppose if people are out looking for trouble it wont be long before the upset somebody and find it. I just prefer to go out enjoy my beer listen to decent tunes.

Just thought i should mention something that happened to me in town few months ago. I never accept drinks from people I don't know as Burnley is well known for drinks being spiked, but a few months ago, a friend of a friend offered me a cigarette and I took one not thinking anything was wrong, but after smoking half of it, I cannot remember a thing. I only had 2 drinks as it was only about half 8!
luckily my friend realised what had happened took me home. I am really unsure of everyone now down Burnley!

don't go anywhere round here as i don't class the local "clubs" as real clubs. when i go clubbing i go over to manchester mainly but have been known to go as far as london. as for trouble there is normally such a large group of us it tends to leave us alone.
(From Tizza's hubby - In the clubs we used to attend (Sankeys, Basics, Bed, North, Out-in-the-sticks, 2kinky etc) everyone is there for one of two reasons, either to see the big-name DJ playing or simply to dance till they drop. Trouble is something I have only seen once out clubbing in 15 years, this was outside the club afterwards and caused by a gang who weren't allowed in by the door staff.)
