To Joanne or anyone in the know, the portrait of the town of Burnley portrayed in some of the blogs puts forth a less then positive picture of the town. Are things in Burnley really that bad? If so then why, what's at the heart of the issue?

Has anyone been to the new club The Sanctuary where the latin quater used to be it is a new rock bar apparently they have got coffins as tables and it is all wierd and freaky.
