 Should we say sorry? It appears that the Queen will not say sorry to the German people for the allied bombing during the war. She is going to be in Germany next week and some people wanted an apology. I am very sorry that people died in the air raids but what else could they have done? What do you think? It's nearly 60yrs ago is it time to say sorry?             |

| No chance, they shouldn't have started it in the first place. They gave as good as they got - with a much bigger airforce and devastating weapons technology. There are many more deserving cases for apology for past behaviour, and some due to our citizens such as POW's used as forced labour on the Burma death railway. An apology is only words anyway, They don't bring people back or re-build cities. Let's just get on with things and put the past behind us. |

| what on earth does the queen have to appolagise for ,The royal family acted with great dignity during the war years, Germany were the villians ,G.C. |

| why sould we appologise? they started it! if anyone shold apologize it shud be the krauts!!! they should appologize for asking for an appology, and then apologise for the war. and why now? |
