they might be helpful when you have already bought something and have a problem. they are not too good if you want to know if a company is shadedy i wanted a recondition engine for my car i rang up to see if the company who were going to do the work were okay. trading standards said we can not tell you that, but if you do have any problems get back to us i am of the opinion prevension is better than a cure
