Tiswas or Swap shop?

Now then this is the sort of heated debate I want!!! :)
As a kid on Saturday morning did you tune into Tiswas=Sally James the Phantom flan flinger and buckets of water etc etc,
or Swap shop= Nole Edmunds John Craven swopping toys and having FUN FUN FUN!!! :)
So what was your show?
For me Tiswas won hands down and had Sally James and everthing!!! :)
ps I thought it was such a vital subject I've made it into a poll! :)

Wayney, you forgot 'both' lol I've picked Tiswas though, but I tended to go through phases of watching both. Swap Shop was a bit posh though wasn't it?
Swop Shop would have Queen on while Tiswas would have Motorhead - says it all really!

I've always said that Swap shop was middle class and Tiswas was for working class! and it was class war on kids Saturday tv!!!! :yelrotflm

Anyways I did like Tiswas but obviously Sally James isn't who I was thinking about nor that bloke who now does the 'Who wants to be a millionaire' thing...hee hee...Chris Tarrant...It was a good show but it's way way back in the past and I don't think they will be bringing the new modern version out....Have a nice day Darkstar...

Kids these days would think Tiswas a bit tame! :) Star did you fancy Bob Carol gees(bloke with spit the dog) or the bloke out of the Scaffold? :)
