Im thinking that Takers is a Goth, Magpie is a bird somewhere high up so it could be an eagle?

Right, Takers is a goth, yes. Think were goths go to, and this will lead you to Magpie, which, is a name of something in this place. This will give you the name of the first part of what I have on my telly. The second part is a feathered friend!

Ok, gothic arches, cathedral,sort of, yes, this place is known for it. What do you associate bats with? And, apart from Transylvania, where else would you associate this to? This will hopefully give you the town where part of what I have on my tv is known as. Another clue would to ask if anyone has seen Simply Red's ''Holding Back The Years'' vidoe? You're on the right tracks with a bird, but the type is more associated with water!!!

Ok, last clue. This places famous adopted son is Captain James Cook. That's the first part. The second part which is the animal, would probably be scared of an orange! If someone gets it, I will explain the rest of the clues I have given!

Well, I guess the clues were a bit out, unless you knew what I was talking about. I thought the last one might have helped more, especially with the orange bit! Whitby is quite famous for it's Goth connections, and Magpie, well, it's the name of a cafe there.Had you googled Magpie, it would have given you a link to the cafe, and given you the name of the town as well.
The bats clue, well, their associated with vampires, the most famous one being Dracula, and Bram Stoker stayed in Whitby when he wrote Dracula!!!!
Well, I guess I'll have to do a less obscure thing next time!
