Either Dingbats or Song Titles.

Have you ever watched "Catchphrase" with Roy Walker?

It's like a static version of that. It's an image, group of words or something which illustrates a well-known phrase or saying. It can sometimes be a film or song title too.

A simple version would be:

TIMETIME = Time after time
