The Turf and Gawthorpe as been sold!!!

It's been on the cards for a while!! but the Turf and the training ground at Gawthorpe have finaly been sold!
The buyers are Longside properties! Clarets chairman Barry Kilby is the main share holder with 51%, John Sullivan as 25% and Magenta Holdings has 24%
We have a 99yr lease
So what do you think?
We are almost debt free,but now we have no assets if we have money troubles in the future!
I've got to say I'm not very happy about this,but if we need the money as we keep being told,what else could we do?

need the money.What a joke,how long is it since they took the team abroad for a break and when they came back did,nt win a game for ages the punters get ripped off week in week out,makes my blood boil talking about it,some people have to work a year to earn what the primadonnas get a week.Rubbish
