family history in burnley - Burnley Web

hi
i have tracing my family history for about 4 years now and it always leads back to burnley the family name i am tracing is watson my dad was born in manchester and his dad stephen robert watson who died in the ww1 came from burnley and so did his father and his father also.
i would be glad of any tips or advice.

There is a branch of the Family History society for the area;

Pendle & Burnley Branch of the Lancashire Family History and Heraldry Society
