Does anyone know a girl called Sakina Haq? She'll be in her 20's and at one time worked at burco..her family lived just off colne rd somewhere. I heard some time ago that she married but i know nothing more. I know its a long shot but id love to find her as we were once very good mates. If anyone thinks they know her or a member of her family please let me know. Thanks!!

tried lots of sites..it may be that as she is from an asian family that shes not able to join things like friends reunited etc. She is very westernised, born here etc but i know her family are or were very traditional.

Only other thing I can suggest is that the next time you are in a library, ask to look at the electoral roll for the Colne Road area and see if you can trace the family that way. If she has married, she will of course have a different name, but her parents may still be there and a letter to them asking if they will pass a letter on to their daughter may work.

hope you find your mate dellym. try looking at electoral rolls, and marrage thingys, so ou might be able to trace her like that.dunno if it wud work tho...
