Car Mechanics ?

I just purchased a rather nice 4x4 of ebay, and the only prob I am aware of is an exhaust thats blowing, is anyone expert enough to look at a 1990 Isuzu or know anyone that would?

I've used the guy up near Manchester Rd station before, but I had massive problems with him last time I went there for an MOT, he failed it on something stupid, and missed the bigger problem... (A front wheel that was completely loose)

Secondly Can anyone recommend a decent scrappy in the area thats cheap?

best place for an MOT is pete's under the fly over, prob do your exhaust for you as well or there's ron and les's place past ats cant remember the name of the road decent price and good work

Cheers will try pete's been to Ron and Les's before, and they just charged my mate a 4tune for a filter change :D

You could try Glen View Garage called G & S Motors on Glen View Road, it's behind the MOT centre on there. Tell them I told you about them.
