Default I Need Help with Housing

I'm looking for a two or one bedroom flat or house in Burnley. There place I'm living in now is to cold and LandLord will not do any work to it, so I'm looking for somewhere esle if anyone can help me then please do so.

You can get the fair rent officer to come round and check the place out that you are in,they can then order the landlord to carry out necessary work,especially if you have kids and the like.
I did this in my first house that i rented when i was in Padiham,they had to replace the windows and do a lot of work to it.
