 Re: RSPCA prosecute mum-of-four over dog's ordeal We unfortunatly see many situations similar to this. Many dogs neglected and abused but not quite enough for agency intervention. Kids arn't treated much different either... sad. |

| Re: RSPCA prosecute mum-of-four over dog's ordeal I went to Bleakholt kennels last week looking to adopt a dog, and as my garden is not fully fenced in i am not considered suitable, though i can foster a child...................
