We unfortunatly see many situations similar to this. Many dogs neglected and abused but not quite enough for agency intervention. Kids arn't treated much different either... sad.

I went to Bleakholt kennels last week looking to adopt a dog, and as my garden is not fully fenced in i am not considered suitable, though i can foster a child...................
