Looking for work

I've just been made redundant and i'm looking for work. Have obvious computer and internet experience (Built Burnley Web) plus worked as a Community Warden dealing with crime and disorder and have much security experience.

If anyone has any vacancies or knows anywhere, please get in touch.

I'm willing to do anything really, but would prefer driving, office / admin, security work if possible.

Sorry to hear that Neal, getting made redundant is a real bummer - I've been there. What about the driver job advertised by Arty Lady on here, don't know what the hours are, but it might be something to tide you over in the meantime?

ok its sad that you have lost your job, but when you said you BUILT burnley web, i think you need to be a bit more specific!

There are many sites like this one online that was built by vbulletin.

Obviously i can see that you have done a good job adding modifications to the forum, but in basic terms you didnt build this forum, vbulletin did.

BurnleyWeb has gone through several changes over the years and is a bit different now to what it was back then.

Did they? They built the content, forums, people and posts did they? They built the advertising? They built the hard work and database modifications and fixes? That mean I can leave it to them?

As someone else said, Burnley Web has changed over the years and wasn't using vBulletin for a couple of years.
