| Went up Pendle years ago. If anyone is going up and likes a drink think on they normaly shut the pubs. Only thing we saw that was frightening was a mad farmer who told us that if we did'nt get off his land he would shoot us. I have never seen a ghost but i know people that have. I once knew a bloke that used to work at the Temple street daycentre in Burnley. He was locking the place up for the night and there was no one else in the building. He was in a room checking around when he heard footsteps and saw a shadow walking down the hall. Why would he lie? As for people that claim to speak to the spirits of the dead I just think that for everyone that can(some do seem to be able to tell people things that they could'nt know) there are 99 that can't and they seem just to be trying to give people what they want. One I saw on TV who was chargin £75 to give "a on line sitting" I will do the same for £25! |

| The base is going to be in Clitheroe, not sure what they will be investigating there thats to do with Pendle Hill apart from watch it tower down on them. The main stuffs going to be on the summit, Barley and Sabden. I don't have sky so I'll miss it :( |

| It's a hard choice. Either go up Pendle & see if we can see owt of it or watch it at home. perhaps it's time to dust off the VCR so er indoors can do both. Quote:
What stone circles? Can we go near them on the night? are they in a public area? Would they be able to stop us if we insisted on dressing in a white sheet & running around in the background? lol |

| OR those with copies of legal documents showing public access rights or big dogs with sharp teeth. They can't stop the halloween revellers going up there, it's a local tradition. if they can the I pray for a downpour. {typo corrected} |

| Matty whats a bog dog? I may be wrong but can they stop people going on the hill? It sounds good but what are they trying to see? Any ghost person know? All I saw where wet and muddy people like myself and no witch's in sight. It's going to be a bit dull for telly. |

| really, i cant see how they can charge you to go up a hill with so much heritage to the local area. people have gone up there on halloween for many a generation, so even if they say only peeps with passes can go up, i can guarentee that hardly anyone will adhere to that and will go up regardless, and will do for many generations to come! |
