doitin Community Festival....Free Event August 07

Hi, Just to let everyone here at Lancashire Online about the first of my Events

Gawthorpe Hall on Sunday 12th August
11am - 4pm

The doitin Community Festival is being organised by doitin Community Events to:

· Provide a FREE family activity day.
· Promote the activities available, in the Burnley area, for all ages
· Inform about the opportunities and assistance available to our local community.
· Support new partnerships between local groups, organizations and agencies to assist in creating a better Burnley

The doitin Community Events Group is a not for profit making Constituted group set up alongside doitin.co.uk
We will create a New Community Fund, from money raised through raffling some fantastic prizes offered by local businesses at the events, to support new and existing community projects.

The doitin Community Festival is a completely FREE event. There is no cost to anyone who attends to offer an activity or provide information and in return all the activities on offer are to be available free to the public. Activities include Climbing wall, Canoeing, Football,

I hope you can all make it and would really like to hear what you all think.

Sounds good but... Where is gawthorpe hall.. Sorry I havent heard of it. but then I hadn't heard of townley hall until my son had a match there and thats massive :)

If you go through Padiham towards Burnley GH is on your left as you leave Padiham.
