What song lyrics impress you?

Do you have any favourite song lyrics or are there any which really impress you?

A couple of lines which I find really poetic and descriptive at the moment are:

'I saw the crescent,
You saw the whole of the moon.'

I don't think that could possibly be said in a more beautiful or poetic way.

I AGREE!!! I have yet to hear something from U2 that I don't like. Their music and Lyrics are just fantastic.
