Radio 1 Big Weekend

Has anybody applied for tickets and been notified they have been successful? I know that Radio 1 were informing everyone by email today, having not received an email I'm pressuming I've not got them :noidea:

Would be interested to know if anyone has got them or an email saying otherwise.

They are still sending e-mails out, and apparently you get one regardless of success or not. I think nearly half a million applications were made.

Thanks Lancsdave, thats what I hoped. There's still a small chance I could have some tickets then, I know priority was being given to people in and around the Preston area.

Priority was being given to Preston residents but also a large proportion for North West residents.

I applied but not heard anything yet

I recieved my e-mail @ 4:21 yesterday. I'm so excited!!!

Theres still people I know that havn't been notified either way tho, so maybe theres a possiblity theres still some winners that haven't been notified?!

Got a mail this morning which was apparently sent at 10.22 last night to say I hadn't got any.

Me too, would have been nice to have been informed before folk started selling them on Ebay.

What do people think about the tickets being sold on ebay?

Radio 1 have asked ebay to remove them, but they're not having any of it.
Ebay have said that the tickets are now the property of the beholder and it's up to them if they want to sell.
