Hi All,

The Jam Restart are a north-west based tribute to the Jam and are playing at the Burnley Mechanics Theatre on Sat 4th Dec.

Doors open 8.00pm and tickets are available from the venue on 01282 664400 or www.burnleymechanics.co.uk/december.html

Hope some of you can make it there!!!

We're doing King Georges Hall in Blackburn next year (April) and are looking to secure a gig in Blackpool in the not-too-distant future!

Hi Ollie

I haven't had chance to see them yet myself, but i've heard some good reports about them.
Go check them out...i'm sure you won't be disappointed...at the end of the day they're playing the songs that we as Jam fans love, so that can't be a bad thing!

well its free tickets so i'll have a look, while your'e in Burnley nip round to the Circulation where there playing, a lot of band,s complain about the acoustics in the mechanics, The Circ has really a really low roof and as the original decor
from the eighties . Brilliant place, went to see Jimmy James and the Real Thing there, also do a lot of indie stuff the Bluetones are on in December think its the Lovers tonight (ex inspiral carpets) apart from the Mechanics its the biggest live venue in Burnley, holds about 300 in the main room, so have a look!

If I ever get a chance Ollie I'll bob in. As for the Jam Restart if you want to why not put a thread on here about what it's like to be in a band. Is it all sex n drugs n rock n roll? I like tribute bands the last ones I saw were Badness and a Meatloaf one.
Never got to see No way Sis or Deaf Shepherd.

Hi All,

I don't know if any of you made it to the Mechanics last night, but either way I just want to say a HUGE thank you to the fantastic people of Burnley who made the night a great success.

One thing's for sure...you lot know how to have a good time!!!
