Charity soul night

Charity Soul Night to be held at, guess where, yes the Circulation, this is a northern soul and motown night in aid of cancer research uk this Saturday 7-30 - 1pm. The Circ has sponsored one of the dancers to run in the London Marathon, and also provided the venue and staff for the event, its £2 on the door, there will be raffles and spot prizes. DJ's are Roman and Roy and John Atkinson with guests, all working for nothing so get down you lot!

you put the time from 7.30-1pm does this mean it runs right through till 1pm sunday afternoon or does it run till 1am early sunday morning

It's a very good cause Ollie I've lost some friends with cancer,and I hope you raise plenty of money! :)

I hope it does to, the last one we did wasn't very well attended but still made over £300, the DJ that runs them had cancer hiself and does an awful lot for charity, and if we have to stay open till 1 in the afternoon we will cope! Police might not be that happy though.:)

They used to have soul weekends over at CalaGran in Fleetwood - they were excellent

We have had one fight in 13 months. And that was over in seconds. On Mothers day we had 280 women in our big room and no trouble, under the culvert they had riot vans, stabbings and all sorts of fights. Ask Quazi we have rock nights punk nights, indie, northern soul and never a whiff of trouble
