Your help needed

Hello everyone again.

I am writing to ask for your help.

I am waiting to have a meeting at Burnley General Hospital to solve as many as possible issues in the aim section on my website.

I know have a new guestbook which is more stable than the last one I had, so I would be grateful if you have had problems with the hospital or ideas to help improve the service we receive, then place say so in the guestbook.

I will then print off all the messages and take them to the management, to let them see how we feel.

what sort of issues are you looking for? i mean, do the little things count, or is it just the big things?

last time i was in hospital there was no beer! And you couldnt have a fag. Shut them down! Let everyone die, Instead of going to the hospital we will all go to the pub:)

All issues count as small issues can turn into big issues.



Small things like a bit of dust in an operating theatre can turn into a big infection in a patient, so in answer to your question jaseyboy everything counts
