Burnley Booming

Looking around Burnley things certainly seem to be improving, I do not have much call to go down Rosegrove but I did today and must say I am impressed with the work to attract buisnesses into our town.
It does go against the grain a bit but I feel Gordon and his team have finaly created somthing they can be proud of, Now decent firms with decent jobs for Burnley people and it will be a job well done.
Could anybody tell me of any incentives being offered for firms to relocate to Burnley please, ie Free rates for a fixed period or anything else.
Also could I ask Darren Reynolds why a firm should relocate to Burnley? What have we got that no other East Lanc's town has, Mainly so when I am asked I will know what to say.
