I'm sure as the weather picks up (hopefully), many of us will take a short drive outside of Burnley to visit some of the lovely countryside that surrounds us. However with things like this occurring regularly, people just aren't going to bother. We are going to have to rely on the countryside in Burnley to ensure the towns prosperity and have it as one of our main selling points for investment and while this hasn't occurred in Burnley it can only have a negative impact.
