Blood donation sessions in February

Hello,

There will be two blood donation sessions in Burnley during February. Why not do something amazing and give blood on Thursday Feb 7th or Thursday Feb 28th at Burnley FC?

Whether you're a regular donor, a first-timer or someone that hasn't donated for a while we'd love to see you there. Both sessions are split into afternoon and evening sessions and take place between 1.30 & 3.30pm and 5.30 & 7.30pm. It is always quicker to donate with an appointment, which can be made by calling 0845 7711 711 or by visiting The National Blood Service - do something amazing give Blood. If you'd rather donate without an appointment you'll find that the sessions tend to be quieter from 2.15 - 3.30pm in the afternoon and after 6.30pm in the evening.

Each donation can go towards saving or improving up to three lives. Be a local hero - give blood!

When there is sufficient screening to rule out Lyme transmission from blood donation I may think about it.
