This one was on Cog St off Accrington Rd,it was bought by a chap from Kent, him and his partner did a very good job on it,they,d bought the house next door a few weeks earlier and did a good job on that one as well also when the camera crew went back to have a look at what they,d done they told them that they,d bought another house on the street and were in the process of renovating that one as well.

Wow they must be keen. Good to see the houses being done up though. We could do with somebody buying the one at the end of our row and doing something with it. All the windows have been broken now. The downstairs ones are boarded up but the upstairs are open to the elements and we've had some terrible rain lately.

The one on Piccadilly Rd has been on again this morning,a repeat, the lad bought it for 17.000 quid, did,nt do a right lot at it and sold it on unfinished for 30,000 quid, not bad but the way the film was put over it painted a pretty poor picture of Burnley, the background music was a piece called Lonesome Town, all in all not a good advert for Burnley

TV love to perpetuate this myth of it being 'grim up north' don't they?

I thought it was 17,000 and i also watched it , it did really paint a bad picture of burnley on the show , i think so when they guy TRIED to do it up it would sound good but he got a good profit from a bit of work.
