Ghost's voice 'recorded' on tape

A Preston photographer got more than she bargained for when she went on a ghost-hunting tour of Scotland.

Lindsey North was stunned when a spirit was captured on audio equipment ordering her to "get out" on a recent trip to a former Edinburgh prison with paranormal group Ghost Finders Scotland.

Lindsey, who works for the Evening Post, was accompanied by investigators trying to capture spirit voices on tape using Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP).

She admits she was "spooked" when she heard the playback.

Lindsey said: "Whilst in the Covenanter's Prison in Edinburgh, spirits were asked: 'Do you mind us being here in this room?'

"After what appeared to be 30 seconds of silence, the recording was played back immediately and this anguished voice appeared to say:
'No....get out!'
