Road Camera Damaged in Colne

A Road Camera was damaged on Burnley Road, Colne over the weekend by when someone placed a chain around it and then pulled it with a vehicle.

They failed to pull the camera out but managed to bend it so now it faces the pavement, then they dumped rubbish around it.

The photo in the paper makes me laugh, it will now be used to catch speeding ants.

Days earlier, a speed camera was petrol-bombed in Bacup. The Motorists Against Detection (MAD) group claimed responsibility for the Bacup attack but no information is available as to whether MAD are responsible for this attack.

MAD is led by Campaigns Director "Captain Gatso" who is a national hero and hides his identity by wearing a Tony Blair mask. He has declared a zero-tolerance policy on all speed cameras and MAD has warned Lancashire will be hit badly by speed camera fatalities shortly.
