Colne Road, Burnley - Be Aware

There's a growing problem at the moment on Colne Road, Burnley where people are having abuse and threats aimed at them by young asian lads in vehicles. I only know this because it happened to me the other day with my 3 year old child and partner in the car and the Police Officer said it was a growing problem on Colne Road at the moment with asian lads (Not mentioning their number as they could be told off for it).

A car drove alongside mine with the passenger shouting abuse, before pulling up in front hitting the brakes before pulling up alongside my drivers side again. At the traffic lights the passenger opened his door looking like he was ready to get out (He could have done, but think he was trying to intimidate and act hard).

The Police said that a few of these idiots use fake registrations and dodgy cars so they can get away with it. It turned out that this vehicle did come back to the right one, but not sure of the keeper. No statement has yet been taken, but then I know nothing will come of it as the Police don't want to be accused of being racist. And yet people talk about equality?

Anyhow, if it happens to you try to get a picture or video of it on your phone, but make sure you call the Police as soon as.

Well as we went through the lights, the vehicle carried on along side mine when the passenger shouted, "You f***ing white b*****d" and then I saw red and stopped. That's when they reversed up Colne Road on the wrong side and spun round onto the correct side and headed off back up Colne Road.

I'm not one to feel intimidated or threatened as i've dealt with all that rubbish and scumbags in most of my jobs. If my partner or child weren't with me, i'd have got out of the car at the lights as they were only kids. I'm silly sometimes!

it would seem its only racism if its the other way round.........we dont count (well thats what I think)

makes me laugh as they live in england therefore they should be aware that its a mixed race country and that white people actually run it and allow them to live the way they do.
its like ive said for a long time asian people are a hell of a lot more racist that any other race i know

I've got a new digital camera with an mp3 player,i'll take my camera with me in the car and use my mp3 player hooked to my cassette player,then i'll have decent music and i can take pictures of mindless morons that try and start!!!!!!

It's getting like the wild west up there nowadays, I have to go up there once a week at night and have to be on full alert looking out for plebs in cars, suicidal pedestrians, kids and grown-ups on bikes with no lights etc...

This week it was some numpty failing to give way at the junction opposite the Waggoners as I was coming down Colne Road towards St Andrew's church...I anticipated it : rolleyes :

I don't know about a digi camera...need some kind of taser fired at their car to kill the ECU!

It's no joke though intimidating other road users in the manner mentioned earlier by Neal, could easily cause an accident if the victim pannicked...then who would be crying to the police? Probably bang up the innocent party and send the instigators on safari! <Rant over>

Its just disgusting that the police are too afraid to get involved just incase it is perceived at racism. I do not live in Burnley anymore and reading this forum just confirms the reasons why I left. There seems to more trouble every week and it more often than not involves our Asian (friends). When are people in power going to wake up and sort the place out. Its a shame because its a nice town, and people shouldnt have to leave the town they were born because of trouble and racism.

This is an every day occurance as I live in the Queensgate area soon to move to an ALL WHITE AREA at a very expensive cost, Ive lived in and around this area of Colne Road for the last 15 years and it is one of the most depressive areas to live. The trouble is there and the Police dont do much as they are affraid of being called racist, by the way that stems from the top ranks of Lancashire Police Force, I know cos I also know a recently retired Bobby and that was their orders to refrain from arresting asian scum but would dive on any white scum that stepped out of line...... pathetic init?

My partners Mothers partner who also lives in the area was walking up Colne Road the other day with his mate returning from a social night out, minding their own business when they were set about on by a group of asain male scum, one had his mobile phone stolen and the other got punched to the floor, after making a statement to the Police nothing has been done!!! Yet they admit that it is a growing problem. I feel sorry for those hard working ppl in this area who can not afford to leave this depressive, gloomy downtrodden area. With the recent happenings with the middle east and all, surely this will not be resolved and could eventually resort to a civil war on our land. I wish to express that I dont condone this kind of thing as Ive already been there in the military life but by the grace of God I will make a stand for MY beliefs and MY Country as I have done in the past.

I totally agree with all you have said. Why should you have to move from the area you have always lived because of them scum. They have no morals, treat our country as their own, despise most white people, yet are more than happy to take every hand out available to them, delivered by our blinkered government.

It is criminal what is going on in Burnley, it makes me soo mad. It has gone from a lovely town, to one over run with immoral immigrants.

Before this thread turns into an "I hate Pakis" rant, I feel I have to say that there are asians that are just as fed up with the way the area is going/gone. I agree with most of what has been said, don't get me wrong, but let's not forget there is white scum as well.
I feel part of the blame must fall on irresponsible landlords letting their properties out to anyone - as long as they get their money, and don't keep a close enough eye on their tennants. Often these properties - ajoining houses owned by people that look after their houses, end up gutted leaving house prices depressed and leaving the neighbours unable to move out of the area - often the only option these poor people feel they have.
