 Re: The Singing Ringing Tree I went up Crown Point this afternoon and found a load of building plant on the car park at the top with a sign up for the singing ringing tree. So it looks like I've lost one of my favourite car-photography spots...but will hopefully be gaining another soon.

| Re: The Singing Ringing Tree I don't think it's going on the car park. I thought it was going in the field somewhere. A little pointless if people can't park to view it.... Mind you, if it was on the car park it would stop the "Dogging" that takes place up there nowadays.

| Re: The Singing Ringing Tree It would probably be better if it was away from the car park, someone would only end up driving into it! Never seen anything dodgy going on up there... well apart from kids smoking spliffs and listening to dodgy techno - nothing new in that though.

| Re: The Singing Ringing Tree It used to be a good spot at night for the cb'ers, but people stopped going up due to all that. Maybe the Police have got on top of it, excuse the pun!

| Re: The Singing Ringing Tree Went to see it yesterday, Its not as big as I thought it would be but I do quite like it. My little boy was scared because of the noise it made lol. Forgot to take me camera though! |
