| How about the "action for ASD" charity! myself i have participated in two fun days to help raise money for the children and feel that it is a very important charity. there is also the charity for terminally ill children (godbless) i think it is called damion house or something like that, i will find out its correct name for you tomorrow and post it on here for you. Hope this helps, think you are doing great work! jellytot :) |

| Thanks for that information. I have just read up on the ASD website and it does look like a worthy cause. I have heard of the damien house chairty but I didnt realise it was for terminally ill children. I may be able to find the address through another bike club but if you find it first I would be happy for any information. I have already been told I can have a w/e break to Paris, some PC equipment and other prizes if I need them by local businesses. I will be getting very involved next week with it and hopefully will have more info soon. If anyone wants to help I would be more than willing to accept it! Once we have completed the Burnley one we have to do one in Blackpool, Sheffield and Birmingham so that will be fun! I have to go and see the Sister at Edith Watsons tomorrow so we may split the proceeds as I would love to give some easter eggs and teddies to the kids in the hospital. The Lone Rider aka Jason. |
