Have you found it any easier to park for a short period in the town centre since the new wardens were on duty?

NOt a chance!

Where can you park for a short time, wether they are there or not?

We now live in fear, no longer can we park somewhere thats not causing any bother, we have to stick to the miniscule amount of 40 minute spaces that are always taken up.

ON Saturdays, I find it handy to use St Nicholas health centre as they are private & do not open weekends.
Also the building round the side of Blockbusters.

During the week, you take your chances.

I see the orrid little terrors going round in three's now.
one to write the ticket, one to take the pictures & one to film them both doing it.

They are always visible round the Lyndhurst Road area as well even during the week when there are no football matches. The local shops are suffering as they rely on people living outside the area for custom and the inability to find a parking space is affecting trade.

Shouldn't be doing the job if they can't handle the "stress" of being a traffic warden...maybe they are better suited to floristry or Librarian.

I always park on TK Maxx car cark if I bob into town during the week (2 hrs free), Wouldn't try staying on any longer though as the warden looks very keen!

I think he's a bit immature for his age also, won't post much else as I don't know who's reading this.

It's not very clear now what is down to police and what is down to the new wardens.

What is also not clear to me is, AFAIK if the Yellow lines are broken up then a warden could not issue a ticket that is legit, however what if there is a sign near it too?
I have heard many times that you can argue a ticket if the lines are severely broken up & get off with it.
