Bus station(Burnley)

talking of peeing....caught the bus the other week n my son as usual ran straight for the back seat, i of couse sat with him and when i stood up to get off i realised id been sat in a wet patch.
Yes..you've guessed it!! Some dirty git had done it where id been sat and believe me it wasnt a childs wee.
Needless to say it wasnt long before i was back home showering!!
Couldnt believe it..lol, now my son finds it very amusing to tell all and sundry that mummy sat in wee on the bus! :o

You are spot on takersbabe and dellym If you did'nt read my post yesturday some dirty sod threw a dirty nappy out of a car into an old lady's front garden.

They have a new rotating door at the bus station it was supposed to be able to keep the draught out while beng the main entrance.

However, it is always left with the doors folded back in the early mornings & lets an awful draught in. :(

First thing I do on a morning is to open windows and doors to let the overnight fug out, maybe they do the same at the bus station. :D

The powers that be have just made plans to re-vamp Talbot rd. It was in the paper Friday. Blackpool as the worst bus station I've known.So in a few years time we may have a nice bus station as well. :)

I was in Burnley again this week and I like the bus station, the classical music was pleasant as i waited half an hour for the bus!

Oh is that the classical music that lets you start humming along to it "we would like to remind you about our no smoking poilcy" and just as you are getting into a tune "cometotescosbecauseyoucannottellwhatIamsaying " you get these stupid announcments"the toilets are closed after 8pm) no matter what time it is.

I found it annoying to be told that the toilets will be closed at 8PM when it was only 7:15AM...

However, the fire alarm is still superb :D
