Looking for accommodation in Burnley or Dunnockshaw

Hi there,

I am looking for a room to rent on a short or long term basis in the Burnley/ Dunnockshaw area, due to getting a permanent job there. I am to arrive in Burnley on the 15th September and so am getting slightly desperado! Does anyone want a lodger?

I am aprofessional male, 33 year old family man, moving here from overseas due to my job.

I would,nt try the travel inn on Queen Victoria Rd,I don,t think a working man could afford to stay there for any length of time,although don,t get me wrong it,s a great place to stay and the place is lovely and clean and the staff could,nt do more for you but unless your new employers are paying you,ll need deep pockets.I stayed there in May and it cost a couple of quid short of 350 pounds and that,s just accomodation,no food,I,m not complaining it was my choice,I,ve stayed there 3or 4 times in the last couple of years.Good Luck.
