hi guys just a thread i thought might interest a few of you. what are your opinions on ghosts and spirits and does anyone have any experiences they would like to share?

i have an open mind on this one ,iwant to say i dont believe but sometimes things happen that make you think some one is watching over you G.C.

ive had many experiences so I DO believe. My first experience of "seeing" something was the day after my grandad died in the early 90's...the family were sat in the living room of his home and i saw him sat on the arm of the chair where my grandma was sat...he had his arm around her comforting her.
Needless to say i was scared to death..but it was the first time id ever experienced anything like that! My grandad was always interested in the paranormal and since he died so now am i!! Ive had loads of other things since too!!

yeah ive had a few experiences my mum died 3 yrs ago and about a yr after she died i was in my house kids were asleep and my boyfriend was out.i was just feeding my cats and getting ready for bed and i was stood at top of stairs and i heard my mum call me my first instinct was to reply i never thought 'hang on mums dead how can this be her' i just answered like you normally would i said 'what' then i realised what had happened it took me back a min but i carried on my business then she called me again and i went to top of stairs to look for her but couldnt see anything.but ive had a lot of things happen seince then aswel it was very comforting to know she was there.

think my weirdest experience was when i lived in a house in nelson on smith st. strange things kept happening my son at the time was 3 and he kept talking to his 'friend' and doing really odd things like digging holes in walls and cutting visitors hair yes you may think its normal for kids to do that but he was such a quiet child it was so out of character. anyway one day this young girl spirit made herself known to us and at the time my mum was there. this young girl spirit came through me and made me feel how she felt when she was being killed god it was awful. she was strangled by what appeared to be her uncle so she made me feel.during and after the experience i had red hands marks all over my neck and chest it was truly scary. i cant see spirits but i can feel then and sense how they feel which is odd. needless to say i moved out of the house but got it blessed before i went. couldnt find any details as to who had lived there but the house were built for the factory workers years and years ago apparently.i did go to the library but the information i was looking for was burnt in a fire that nelson library had years ago so it annoyed me a little as i couldnt find out what i wanted to know.

I believe that some people do have a "gift".Another 99% that say they do, do'nt. Most are just harmless but some take full advantage of vulnarable people and take em for every penny they can. One chap was chargin £75 for a "Sitting" on the web.If folk want to part with their cash and are happy more fool them. I will only charge £25! :)

exactly why i havent gone to a medium to see if i can contact my mum.im waiting till i come across someone who can give me the message im waiting for or until the day she talks to me again herself. i dont believe you should have to pay its wrong.

I do'nt want to be cheeky but what do you want to know? If like me you believe that there is something after this life,you will see them again anyway. I think that they see us from time to time and they want us to be happy.They are at peace. I've just saved you £75.

Used to live in a house that made me feel panicky on the stair -case it was just one step, i told a neibour about it and she was shocked! She told me some-one was stabbed there, she hadnt died but it was a weird experience!I do sense things strongly and feel I am a bit pyschic. I believe in re- incarnation and saw two shows with Mary White ( Colne Medium) and enjoyed it,it wasnt threatening as she says she is a Christian Spiritualist! Can,t help wondering though if they are staged! not all the time they might just be to fill in time. If they are positive and help people cope i dont see the harm. When my mum died just two weeks before my daughter was born, i was sad to think she never saw her but afew months later i felt her presence and sometimes with my granchild .I feel sad that my mum isnt a part of it now but when she was here she gave me her best!

kiki your mum will always be around hun like my mum is. she may not be physically around but my kids sense her and i know she is there when i need to rant and in her own way to guide me in the right direction.
