| I don't know whats going on in Padiham, but I've heard of one couple who were going to be given an ASBO because someone complained about them, not taking into account the complainants children were reported to the authorities by that couple for causing problems and so the parents of these children decided to get their own back. It was only until someone else intervened that it was sorted out. |

| I don't know any names or the exact location but let's say if you bring the right person to represent you and back you up its amazing how people do the right thing because they won't pull the wool over your eyes. |
