Trip to London

On Friday I accompanied my husband who is a coach driver, on an overnight trip to London taking a group of disabled children to see a show.

The show (Grease) was fantastic and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel we stayed in overnight on the other hand was absolutely appalling.

Upon our arrival, despite the fact that the party organiser had confirmation of the booking, the staff seemed unable to find any record of it and we were left standing in the foyer...

The holiday is over. School starts today and I was up at 5am!

WHY?????

My eldest daughter is doing early morning seminary study and has to be there at 6 and if left to her own devices would have still been in bed. I've just sent her off down the road, but on thinking about it I'm not sure I'm all that keen on her being out this early in the morning when it's dark out there later in the year. You just don't know who is about these days.
