The last few days!!!

Well spug arrived saturday and we ended up on haslingden street fair on a stall blowing balloons up (using helium not blowing em up - even spugs not full of that much hot air) and selling raffle tickets. Cos he'd been up so early (like 4am) he was knackered and gave up on the idea of going to accy stanley in the afternoon and he went to bed instead. We went to Lancsdave's 50th that nite at the accystanley - so he did get there - just not to see the match!!! He made a halo out of straws and one of the kids glow in the dark bracelets and then made a halo out of a few of them - which dave wore to blow out the candles on his cake!!!! Anyway id started taking the new tablets - one on friday, i say no effects, took one saturday went to bed - couldnt sleep. All in all got about 3 hrs kip. Spug got up on sunday morning and went to maccydee's and brought me back pancakes with syrup, bacon roll and hash brown and made me a brew - so got breakfast in bed. Then he had a go at doing the garden - he did half the back garden - then the air got damp and it started spitting so that was that. Then he made the tea. Its so lovely having a guest that can cook!!! lol I washed up though. Sunday night took another one of them new tablets - got into bed and went out like a light - slept for nearly 12hrs. Was groggy like anything all day on Monday and spug says crabby as hell as well!!! Anyway on saturday morning i got a carers newsletter and arranged to meet bernie down accy on monday afternoon to give it to her. I contacted em after mum had died but i still get them. Anyway we met up with Bernie and her daughter down accy and had a brew and chinwag. We came home and got ready to go out for tea. I had won a competition on another forum rossendale online for a meal for 2 at the white horse down helmshore. It was brilliant the foods good, service wi a smile, what more can you ask for. Walked back down to my sisters and stayed there for a couple of hours - i had a brew and spug had a gin and tonic!!! All day id been feeling cold - even though it was warm i had goosebumps. Tuesday spug went down accy to meet his mum and i said id do some stuff and meet him later. I just couldnt get moving. Couldnt be bothered doing anything. I was shivering and had goosebumps and i was in the house!!! Guess who has a cold? Anyway went down town and got a box of tissues, more olbas oil, throat lozenges, tunes, and a pack of 6 little packs of tissues with balm on them - theyre nice them when your nose gets sore. Anyway spug made tea - he made me a salmon steak with jacket spud, salad and coleslaw. I couldnt eat it all. And guess what happened later on that night ..... that right i was sick! Typical! My Temperature was sky high and feeling rotten. Was in bed last night for not long after 11 - 2 duvets on me, olbas oil sprinkled on the pillows and mattress. Spug said he was considering ringing mountain rescue to find me when he came to check on me - all he could see was a mound!!!! It worked though all ive got now is the runny nose and the blocked up nose. The only thing is spug goes home today. What am i going to do without him!!! He still has to pack tho cos hes spent all his time looking after me. The garden hes done the back and most of the front - but in the meantime managed to break both my lawnmower and my strimmer. Managed to fix the strimmer - all that needed was a new plug but the lawnmower.... thats a different matter!!! He's looked after me when i was ill had me being crabby so i do forgive him.
