The Lurgy.

I felt Ok on Saturday morning......was talking to Mick about the Accyweb meet. I told him that I am happy to come but I can't get hubby's BTM off the settee......anyway he said he would think about going......which is a big improvement on NO!

Saturday afternoon I started with a headache(I was going to put 'bad' headache, but is there such a thing as a 'good' headache?) and went for a lie down(not me at all).....it was turned five thirty when I surfaced and I felt worse....my throat was sore and my nose was running and I felt shivery one minute and hot the next......I have been like that ever since.....can't taste anything...well, that's not strictly true. I have a bottle of cough balsam that is vile.....I can taste that alright!
I have been sneezing like it is an olympic sport - to gold medal standard......and I've got a rainbow round my gusset.....the ladies among you will know exactly what I mean there.
I have still loads of things to get done before Christmas.....I know this bug is doing the rounds...so all of you take care out there.
Hope you don't get it.

OH, yes and Tiddler has got it too.....he is most upset......it is the party at pre-school this week and he really doesn't want to miss it.
He has had today off school and been a real wimp....you know the kind of thing 'pass me my drink.....these legs are only painted on'
Having said that, he is really pale with huge dark circles under his eyes....is off his grub, and slept only for short periods during the night.
Let's hope we both get over it soon.
