The pain in the arm and heaviness has dissapeared, the doctor cheered me up today saying i had made a complete recovery. Having warfarin therapy has made such a difference to me. So planning to go back to work in the new year. Just thought id share it! Still touching wood though!

Ive been off now for six months and do miss the social side of work-but if i get tired out i know to stop! Im learning to listen to my body and not to go mad. But i do miss not being around people and must not feel sorry for myself. This way i feel better!Posted 26-11-07 at 18:23 by Kiki

I agree that if it is right for you you must go back, I am just saying don't push yourself to hard. Your body will tell you anyway.Posted 26-11-07 at 18:33 by bernie

It is good to hear that you are feeling well enough to go back to work. I hope your employers will be kind enough to let you take it a bit easy to start with........I know my hubby was incredibly tired for a long time after his stroke.......and also his powers of concentration and memory are not up to much.Posted 26-11-07 at 19:29 by Magpi 47
