These people are everywhere, as an earlier post says, you could walk past them in the street and not realise it. The main problem lies with the government and so called human rights activists, they stifle and nullify the justice system completely, some of these people wouldn't be walking the streets now if it wasn't for these two factors, and before anyone asks, I work in the justice system and I come into contact with all sorts of criminals every day, and you really would be suprised how many sex offenders I have to convey to court every single week :frusty: If the government would get a backbone and use technology that is out there, maybe we could all breathe a bit easier for our children, when I say this I mean if we can put a chip in a dog to tell who it's owners are, or track a rare species of fish in the ocean, why can't we put a microchip into a serious sex offender and use the satellite tracking systems to keep an eye on where he/she has been, but that will be against human rights won't it :argue:  |
