Not local, but can you help with this Neil?
My Father in Law got this in Befton, so we were just wondering if it was legal.
The PA told him when it was mentioned that a clear and valid P&D ticket was on the window that if he writes in there shouldn't be a problem and the PA said he would make a note.
Can get a bigger version if need be.
