Anyone driven down this area of Burnley heading toward Coal Clough Lane?
There's a traffic control feature here where you have to give way to oncoming cars right on top of the dip. You can only see cars about to hit you as you go through this traffic calming measure. The speeds some people go up the hill is unreal.
