The X43's to Manchester are quite flash, I'd not been on a bus for ages. I needed to make a trip to Granada, and rather than drive and suffer the traffic thought I'd get the bus like I used to when I was younger, making trips to Affleck's palace etc...
Was a pleasant suprise, leather seats! It still stops at every goddam bus stop but at least it's the motorway route and not the even slower one they used to have.
Had a bit of a shock when it came time to come home though, no Chorlton St bus depot! Seems to be just national express from there now, or maybe I didn't look properly :crazy:
Forget how much it was now, but I thought it was a bargain at the time.
