I've honestly never found the need to park somewhere that might be unsafe or discourteous, I've got two legs so I don't have to park right outside my destination.
One of the most frustrating scenarios is driving round a packed car park and thinking you've found a space, only to find someone has dumped their car over two bays not leaving enough room for another car...grrr!
