you wouldve had a buyers guide thingy wouldnt you..where the seller ticks the boxes etc was this covered in that? The way selling houses are done these days all points to making the buyer happy..this sort of thing is definately covered in a survey and you have a legitimate right to make a claim...have you paid your solicitor yet? Who did the survey? Find out what you can do to get the costs at least back. |
